Recurring services
If you have a weekly or bi-weekly service plan, we strive to keep the same provider assigned to your property for the entire season. This consistency allows the provider to become familiar with your lawn’s specific needs and your personal preferences.
What happens if my provider changes? Occasionally, a provider may need to release a property from their route due to unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment failure or personal emergencies). If this happens:
Automatic Re-pairing: Our system instantly begins searching for a new high-quality provider in your area.
Seamless Transition: We work to ensure your service remains on schedule so you don't experience a lapse in care.
On-Demand/One-time services
When you book a one-time service, our priority is speed and efficiency. Your request is sent to all active providers in your immediate area, and you are paired with the first available pro who accepts the job. Because of this "first-come" system, you may have different providers for separate on-demand requests.
Requesting a new provider
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are ever unhappy with the work performed by a specific provider:
Block and Re-pair: You can use the app to block a specific provider from your account.
Support Assistance: You can also contact our support team to request a new pro. We will remove the current provider and pair you with a different professional for all future visits.
