What exactly is included when I request a cut?
Every lawn mowing service booked through LawnGuru is designed to keep your property looking professional and tidy.
Standard service features
Each mowing visit includes the following three core tasks:
Mowing: A professional cut of all grass areas marked in your service map.
Trimming: Also known as “weed-whipping or weed-eating,” trimming is performed in areas a mower cannot reach, such as around trees, fences, and edges, as conditions allow.
Blowing: Clearing grass clippings off hard surfaces, such as driveways and sidewalks, for a clean finish.
Edging services
Edging is included in all recurring services and performed only on concrete driveways and walkways where they meet the lawn.
Edging Frequency: Providers typically begin edging during your first service and continue bi-weekly thereafter as long as it is not overgrown.
Overgrowth: If your edges have more than 1 inch of overgrowth (turf and soil spilling over the concrete), an additional fee may apply to cover the extra labor required to restore the edge.
Note: Edging is only performed on solid concrete. Surfaces made of brick pavers, gravel, asphalt, or sidewalk curbs cannot be edged and are excluded from this service.
Important considerations
Overgrown grass: If your grass is taller than 6 inches, please review our Overgrown Grass Policy before booking, as additional charges may apply.
