How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, you can quickly reset it through the LawnGuru app or website.

1. Open the LawnGuru app or visit the login page.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. Tap or click the Forgot Password? link.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from LawnGuru.

5. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new, secure password.

• Check your Spam folder: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folders.

• 24-Hour Expiration: For your security, the reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, simply follow the steps above again to request a new one.

• "Invalid Link" Error: If the app tells you the link is invalid, it usually means a newer link was requested or the current one has expired. Always use the link from the most recent email in your inbox. You can resend a link to yourself by following the instructions above or contact a LawnGuru Support Agent for assistance. 

• Email Not Found: Ensure you are using the exact email address you used to sign up for LawnGuru.
