What is AutoPlow?

AutoPlow is our recurring snow clearing service designed to keep your driveway clear all winter long. Instead of manually booking a plow every time it snows, the system does the work for you.

When the local forecast indicates snow accumulation is likely, we automatically submit a service request on your behalf.

• Priority Dispatch: You are pre-paired with a Premier Plow Provider to ensure you are high on their route list.

• Weather Monitoring: Our team monitors weather patterns to activate service when conditions require it.

Your convenience is our priority, and you always have control over your service:

• Activation Alert: You will receive a text and email notification as soon as your AutoPlow order is submitted.

• Skipping or Canceling: If you don't need service for a specific storm, you can opt out by replying to the text with the word "SKIP" or by canceling the appointment directly within the LawnGuru app.

• Arrival Updates: You will receive a second text alert when your provider is on their way to your property.

Please note that timing depends on provider availability—some may be able to arrive right away, but we generally aim to complete the service within 6 hours of a provider being assigned and once the snow has stopped.

Once your provider is on their way, you can easily contact them directly through the LawnGuru app to get a real-time ETA or share specific details about your driveway.
