Depending on whether you choose our recurring AutoPlow program or place an On-Demand request, your assigned provider may vary.
AutoPlow (Recurring Service)
When you enroll in AutoPlow, our system pairs you with a Premier Plow Provider who will be assigned to your property for every qualifying snow event throughout the season. Having a consistent provider offers several benefits:
Property Familiarity: Your provider learns the layout of your driveway and where to safely displace snow.
Reliability: You are a permanent fixture on your provider's route, ensuring consistent service following every storm.
Seamless Communication: You can maintain a single message thread with your provider for the entire winter.
What happens if my provider is unavailable? If your assigned provider is unable to service your property due to equipment failure or an emergency, LawnGuru will automatically dispatch a new professional to ensure your driveway is cleared without delay.
On-Demand Snow Clearing
For one-time or "On-Demand" requests, we prioritize speed.
Your request is broadcast to all active providers in your immediate area.
The nearest available provider who accepts the job will be assigned.
Because these are booked individually, you may have a different provider for each request.
Changing your provider
If you are enrolled in AutoPlow but would like to request a different crew for future storms, you can do so by contacting LawnGuru Support or using the "Block Provider" feature in your service history.
