How to delete your LawnGuru Account

If you no longer wish to use LawnGuru, you can request to permanently delete your account directly through the app. Please review the important considerations below before proceeding, as this action cannot be undone.

1. Open the LawnGuru App on your iOS or Android device.

2. Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Tap View Profile at the top of the menu.

4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Before you delete your account, please keep the following in mind:

• Irreversible Action: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose all service history, saved addresses, and active promotions.

• Data Erasure: Your personal information will be permanently erased from LawnGuru’s active systems in accordance with our privacy policy.

• Pending Services: If you have active service requests or upcoming appointments, we recommend canceling them before deleting your account to ensure no further charges are processed.

• Timeframe: While your access to the app is removed immediately, the full data erasure process may take 5–7 business days to complete.

• Outstanding Balances: Accounts with an outstanding balance or pending payments cannot be deleted until the balance is resolved.

If you are only looking to stop service for the season, you don't need to delete your account. You can Pause your service instead. This keeps your account active and locks in your current pricing for next year without the need to set up your profile again later.
