Whether you are managing your own rental portfolio or taking care of a family member’s lawn, LawnGuru makes it easy to handle multiple service locations under one account. You can even assign specific credit cards to different properties for easier budgeting.

How to Add a New Property

Follow these steps to add an additional address to your account using the LawnGuru app:

  1. Log In: Open the LawnGuru app and ensure you are signed into your account.

  2. Navigate to Properties: Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar and select Properties.

  3. Add Address: Tap the + Add button (usually located in the top right corner).

  4. Enter Location: Type in the new service address.

  5. Trace the Service Area: Once the map loads, use your finger to trace the specific area of the lawn you want serviced. How do I trace my property?

  6. Save: Confirm the property details to add it to your list.

Managing Payments for Multiple Locations

If you need to use a different payment method for a specific property (e.g., a business card for an office and a personal card for home):

  • When booking a service for a specific property, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
