Where do I enter a promo code and how do I apply it to my service?

If you have a LawnGuru promo code or credit, you can easily apply it to your account through the app. Once added, your discount will be automatically deducted from your next eligible service.

1. Open the LawnGuru app and tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Tap Payments & Promos.

3. Locate the field labeled Enter Promo Code.

4. Type in your code exactly as it appears and tap Done or Apply.

To ensure your discounts are applied correctly, please keep the following rules in mind:

• Automatic Application: Once a code is added to your account, it will automatically apply to the very next service you complete. You don't need to select it at checkout.

• One Credit Per Service: Our system allows for one promo code or credit per service visit.

• Smart Savings: If you have multiple credits on your account, LawnGuru will automatically apply the largest available credit first to save you the most money.

• Timing Matters: Promo codes must be added to your account before an order is placed to apply to that specific service. If you add a code while a service is already in progress, the discount will be saved and applied to your following service visit.

• Expiration. You can check here to see if LawnGuru credits expire.
