If your property has unique features that require extra care—such as unburied cables, fresh sod, or hidden obstacles—you can add Property Details to your account. This ensures your provider is aware of these details before they begin work.

How to add notes:

  1. Open the LawnGuru app and tap Account.

  2. Tap Properties and select the address you wish to update.

  3. Tap Update Property Details.

  4. Scroll down to Lawn/Landscaping Notes and enter your information.

  5. Save your note to ensure it is applied to your property.

What to expect

  • Automatic updates: Once saved, these notes are automatically shared with your provider for every service request at that address.

  • Persistent information: Notes remain on your profile until you choose to edit or remove them.

  • Direct communication: If you have a time-sensitive update or a specific question regarding these details, you can also message your provider directly through the LawnGuru app once a service is booked.
