While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific time for your service.
Why we don't offer time windows
The LawnGuru platform is built on routing efficiency. Providers accept jobs based on their existing routes for the day, and their schedule is influenced by:
Route density: Jobs are grouped together to minimize drive time.
Property size: Larger properties may take longer than expected, shifting the rest of the day's schedule.
Travel conditions: Traffic and transit time between sites can vary throughout the day.
How to get an ETA
Although we don't provide set time windows, you can still stay informed about when your provider will arrive:
Contact your provider: Once a provider has accepted your job, you can message them directly in the app to request an estimated time of arrival.
Status alerts: You will receive an automatic notification the moment your provider is on their way to your property.
Live tracking: You can track the progress of your order in real-time within the LawnGuru app.
