Can I request a specific provider?

At LawnGuru, our platform is built for efficiency to ensure we can deliver the best prices and fastest service possible. To achieve this, jobs are automatically dispatched to the nearest available high-quality provider in your area.

While you cannot manually select a specific provider in the app, we maintain high standards for every job:

• Vetted professionals: All providers are thoroughly vetted before being approved to join the LawnGuru platform.

• Consistent service: Our automated system prioritizes reliable crews to ensure you receive a quality service every time.

We want to make sure you are happy with the professionals servicing your property. Please contact LawnGuru Support if:

• You have a favorite provider: If you were particularly pleased with a previous provider, let us know. While we cannot guarantee a specific crew, we can make note of your preference.

• You need a different crew: If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of service rendered, we can work to pair you with a different provider for your future requests. You can also block the provider, and the system will automatically assign a new crew for future services.
